The "new generation" Japanese film festival comes to Toronto this August

(MISSISSAUGA) - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) and the Ontario Subaru Dealer Association are delighted to announce a special presenting sponsorship of the inaugural Shinsedai Cinema Festival, taking place from August 21-23 at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto, Ontario. As the presenting sponsor, SCI is very proud to recognize its Japanese heritage by supporting the wide range of young talent emerging from Japan.

The Shinsedai Cinema Festival will feature numerous films over a three-day period from a variety of young independent Japanese filmmakers. The festival celebrates some of the best new feature and short films - everything from insightful dramas, quirky comedies, hard-hitting documentaries, experimental shorts and much more.
