Subaru achieved record February sales of 3067 vehicles, according to official VFACTS figures released today.

Highlights included an all-time sales record for Impreza of 923 units.

Subaru’s year-to-date market share is 4.0 per cent, 372 units ahead of February 2004.

Forester also had a record February with 1003 sales.

Impreza sales were 341 ahead of the same month last year and Forester 86.

Combined Forester and Outback sales again made Subaru dominant in the SUV Compact segment with a 23.2 per cent market share for the month.

Liberty sold 630 units and Outback 511.
