Subaru achieved record July sales of 2759 units, according to official VFACTS sales figures.
The result is 19.85 per cent ahead of the same month last year.

It means Subaru has achieved a 3.7 per cent market share year-to-date and its best ever January-July sales, totalling 20,296.

Outback was Subaru’s star performer, with an all-time record month of 718 sales – 223 ahead of the same month last year.

Liberty sales of 519 were 145 ahead of the previous July.

Forester sold 827 units and combined with Outback sales, this represented a commanding 25.8 per cent of the SUV Compact market segment for Subaru in July.

Impreza sales of 695 were 223 ahead of July 2003.
