After months of detailed analysis of the vehicle repair market, and an extensive tender process involving more than 340 applications, Subaru Australia will today launch their Preferred Smash Repairer Network.
Subaru’s Preferred Smash Repairer Network is a nation-wide initiative that was developed to provide customers with repairers that advocate the use of Subaru Genuine Parts, deliver vehicles repaired to the highest quality finish and provide customers with excellent customer service - areas that were lacking in existing repair programs.
Nick Senior, General Manager of Subaru Australia acknowledged a need for this kind of service for Subaru customers
"Our philosophy is simple. We will have a complete focus on the customer and their car and not on simply driving down the cost of repair.
"Subaru customers are passionate about their vehicles and do not want to compromise on quality when it comes to repairs. The Preferred Repairer Network gives customers a choice and the peace of mind that the people fixing their car are just as dedicated to quality as they are".
The Subaru Preferred Smash Repairer Network comprises of 65 premium repairers that were assessed according to a number of selection criteria, with the main criteria being that they all met stringent quality standards as well as reflecting a premium, professional image.
"When the worst happens, we want our customers to have the best. This means that our repairers must meet a very high repair standard as well as supporting Subaru’s newest corporate standards that are in-line with our positioning as a premium Japanese brand" Mr Senior said.
As part of the program, preferred smash repairers will be given support from Subaru across a number of areas including a close relationship with Subaru’s parts team, training and support materials, as well as having advanced access to new models to provide familiarisation before they are released onto the market.
The Preferred Smash Repairer Network will also have a dedicated link for repairers on the Subaru website.
