Strong Subaru sales of 2221 vehicles in February included 285 turbocharged Impreza WRX variants.
Official VFACTS figures released today show Subaru recorded its second best ever February sales total.

The Impreza WRX variants were among the stand out performers, with 82 high performance STis included in the total of 285.

Normally aspirated sales took the Impreza total to 680 for the month, 37 ahead of February last year.

Forester sales remain consistently strong, with 836 units, 193 better than last February.

Liberty (Legacy) sold 317 and Outback 388.

Combined Forester and Outback sales give Subaru a commanding 21.8 per cent of the newly designated SUV Compact sales segment.
